TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE AND RESERVATION OF TOURIST SERVICES
This contract regulates the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") regarding the reservation and purchase of tourist services offered by the company S.C. COMPLEX PARC PINI MOINESTI S.R.L., based in Moinesti, Bacau County, Str. General Nicolae Sova, No. 13 A, registered in the Trade Register under no. J04/715/2013, with URC RO32051681, email: firstname.lastname@example.org (hereinafter referred to as “Hotel”) applicable to all private individuals or companies.
By making a reservation or by staying at the hotel, the client gives their acceptance, without objections, on the general conditions and terms of booking and purchasing tourist services, being as binding as a valid contract.
The specific terms of payment and cancellation of special offers prevail over the stipulations of the general terms.
We reserve the right to carry out changes to the GTC or the content of the site without prior notice.

The allocation of rooms is made depending on the availability on the day of accommodation. For this reason, it is not possible to guarantee a room on a certain floor, with a certain positioning, adjoining rooms, etc.
Such requests are considered to be tourists’ preferences, which the hotel will attempt to honour within the scope of availability.
The reservation is not considered completed until after receiving the payment confirmation from the client and after receiving the confirmation from the Hotel.
Payment for reservations up to 7 days is 100% of the value of the stay.
For reservations longer than 7 days, a deposit of 50% of the value of the stay can be requested, the remainder will be paid at the reception upon arrival.
In the event that the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days ahead of the start date of the stay, the hotel has the right to apply a penalty equal to the value of the first night of accommodation, the room being made available for the accommodation of other clients. within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation of the reservations.
Should the cancellation be made less than 7 days ahead of the start date of the stay, or in case of non-attendance or reduced discounts announced during the accommodation, the hotel reserves the right to retain, as damages, the value of paid and unused services, based on punctual evaluation of each situation, except for force majeure circumstances. In these cases, the room will be released and made available for the accommodation of other clients.
PRICES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
Rates are expressed per night and include VAT.
In case of stays carried out on time intervals with different tariffs, the price will be calculated proportionally.
The cost of breakfast is 25 lei/day.
In order to make reservations, customers will pay the total value of the requested tourist services in advance, by bank transfer. Payment is made based on the proforma issued by S.C. Complex Parc Pini Moinesti S.R.L., sent by e-mail.
The client is responsible for verifying the information on the invoice/proforma, in order to avoid inconsistencies related to the requested services.
Payment is equivalent to an express confirmation of the invoice/proforma, and any subsequent requests for modification will not be taken into account.
The reservation is considered to be cancelled if the payment term mentioned on the invoice/proforma is not observed.

The rates can be modified at any time, and the increases do not affect the already confirmed reservations.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check-in is made beginning at 3:00 pm, and the rooms are to be vacated until 12:00 pm the next day, at the latest (check-out).
This rule was established due to the fact that in the interval between 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm the rooms are sanitized.
If you arrive at the hotel before 1:00 pm (but not earlier than 12:00 pm) and we have rooms ready, accommodation can be made.
At check-in, the identity documents (identity card, passport, birth certificate in case of minors) will be presented for all the persons who will benefit from the accommodation services.
Reception – 24/7.
Breakfast - served daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, in the restaurant or on the terrace.
Bar: daily, from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Restaurant: daily, 08:00 am - 11:00 pm (last order at 11:00 pm)
Although we take all precautions, we do not assume responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items from inside the hotel (rooms, common areas, restaurant, bar and parking) or in case of damage.
The hotel is not responsible for the disappearance of money belonging to customers.
We do not assume responsibility for any accidents or trauma that may occur due to improper use of the facilities within the hotel.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL
The hotel has the obligation to provide customers with the reserved accommodation space, together with the additional services, at the quality level imposed by the methodological classification norms.
If, after the start of the stay, an important part of the ordered tourist services is not performed, the hotel has the following obligations:
- To offer the client suitable alternatives in order to continue the stay, without increasing the cost, respectively the tourist services offered are to be of the same quality and quantity.
- In case the client cannot be offered suitable alternatives or does not accept these alternatives for good reasons, the hotel must ensure the refund of the value of the services not provided.
The hotel is responsible for the good execution of the obligations towards the clients, except for the situation in which non-fulfilment or defective fulfilment of the obligations assumed by GTC is due to the client.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOURISTS
The client has the obligation to notify the hotel by telephone (0753570787) or e-mail (email@example.com) if, on the day of accommodation, they arrive after 12:00 am, under the sanction of cancelling the reservation and of withholding the deposits paid, as damages.
The client has the obligation to check, on arrival, the inventory list of the room that they will have to hand over under the same conditions, otherwise any deficiencies or degradation of the goods in the room will be borne by the tourist. If, on arrival in the room, the inventory list is different from the inventory items present in the room, the customer has the obligation to inform the reception regarding this aspect.
It is strictly forbidden to introduce and use household appliances (stove, coffee maker, juicer, iron, kettle, etc.) in the hotel rooms.
The client is responsible for acknowledging and observing the GTC during the entire stay.
Inside the restaurant, access is allowed only with proper attire.
Access to the hotel, restaurant or terrace with food and drinks from the outside is prohibited.
It is forbidden for children under 14 years old to enter the hotel, unless they are accompanied by an adult. In the case of all minors, under and over 14 years of age, the responsibility for the damages or accidents caused by them is borne by their parents, or in their absence, by the guardian, even if the parent or guardian does not accompany the child. Children under the age of 14 must be constantly monitored by an adult.
It is forbidden to use towels outside the rooms.
It is forbidden to leave the restaurant or terrace with food and/or drinks, crockery, cutlery, etc.
CONDUCT AND USE OF COMMON SPACES
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or to refuse service in the restaurant to drunk, rude or turbulent customers who, through their attitude, damage the hotel's image or disturb other customers.
It is not allowed to consume food and drinks from own sources in common areas.
The hotel does not charge a fee for internet access and does not assume responsibility for any malfunctions or sporadic lack of signal caused by the internet provider or its overuse by tourists.
The customer is liable for damages caused, through fault or intent, to other customers or staff, buildings, furniture and hotel equipment.
You may receive guests in your room between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, at no extra cost, with the prior notice of the hotel staff.
In case the clients receive visitors between 7:00 pm - 10:00 am, the latter will have to pay the difference in tariff and register at the reception, without exceeding the maximum number of people admitted in the room.
PARKING SPACE AND CARS
Parking spaces are not allocated and are not reserved, the parking option being made based on availability at that time.
The hotel does not charge a parking fee. Parking is free within the available spaces.
Although we take all precautions, we do not assume responsibility in case of theft or damage on our property.
Unfortunately, we do not have rooms equipped for tourists with pets.
It is forbidden to enter the hotel with pets.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to customers accompanied by pets under penalty of cancellation and payment of a penalty equivalent to the full value of services. The same applies if the presence of pets in the hotel is ascertained after the accommodation.
Smoking is forbidden inside the hotel, except for the areas designated specifically.
Most of the spaces in the hotel are not accessible to people with disabilities. Any special needs must be announced in advance.
Complaints regarding the quality of the tourist services provided will be made on the spot, during the entire stay of the tourists in the hotel. Complaints after the end of the stay will not be considered.
The hotel undertakes to resolve any complaint received from customers in connection with the services provided, within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of its formulation.
Claims for damages caused by theft, destruction or damage to property brought by the customer to the hotel must be notified to the hotel no later than one hour from the occurrence of the event.
Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise from the application of our hotel policy will be resolved amicably. If the amicable settlement will not be possible, the conflict will be resolved by the competent courts, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Hotel guarantees the confidentiality of the clients’ personal data. Personal data collected for making a reservation or in order to provide tourism and public catering services will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where the Hotel must comply with the obligations imposed by applicable law.
The information will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions, and may be used for
purposes associated with marketing the company's services, such as:
- Processing your orders or requests.
- Provision of services.
- Resolving your requests, questions or complaints.
- Carrying out market and marketing studies.
- Contacting you about our offers.
